TEST & EVALUATION

Any small spec. shall not be tolerated because the drawing determines the quality and maketability of all components and complete vehicles. Therefore, in initial design stage, basic characteristics must be acquired by performing qualitative test methods on function, size, intensity and durability of components and system.
Also, to satisfy the needs of customers and target maketability, tests shall be repeated in various methods on vehicles in each development stage(prototype, PP, and MP vehicle). And the problems shall be found and improvement activities shall be taken.
Finally, maketability of products shall be tested from the viewpoint of customers and the completion of development activities shall be determined by studying strong and weak point of complete vehicles or perfroming comparing-analysis of vehicles with rival ones. Therefore, KAES provide test & evaluation service from long time experiences with specific test program for preventing leak of defects in design and achieving target quality of product.

TEST PLANNING
  We provide test planning service including test items, test methods, required equipments, manpower and a period for the design suitability check up and the target quality of developing vehicles and components. It includes essential events presetting for quality verification and related activity methods.

  We provide service of test methods and work procedures required for complete vehicles and components to be developed. It shall minimize trials and errors expected from developing them on one¡¯s own and save time and cost. MARKETABILITY ASSESSMENT
 

We perform subjective evaluation with detailed check items by specialist from customers¡¯ view. This provides to confirm development target and achievement of this target.

COMPONENT TEST
  To satisfy characteristics of components required by vehicles, we provide confirmation of problems and improvement solutions by testing of function, endurance, and strength. All testing are performed in official test center of Korea or yours.

PRODUCT VALIDATION TEST
  This is the required test program for confirming quality before mass production and guarantee the after market. This program is usually performed at PP stage. Tests consist of safety, regulation, and target quality confirmation.

DURABILITY PROGRAM
 

It provides test program including driving mileage, driving conditions(road, driving mode) and check items according to characteristics of vehicles. It ensures durability characteristics of complete vehicle and system, and component by real road test and simulation test.

BASE QUALITY EVALUATION
